- GSM SIM808 GPRS/GPS Arduino IoT Development Board
- GSM
The board is based on the ATmega32u4 microcontroller with an Arduino Leonardo bootloader, allowing direct programming via the Arduino IDE using a micro USB connection. The integrated SIM808 module supports GSM phase 2/2+, GPRS data transmission, and GPS positioning with a horizontal accuracy of less than 2.5 meters CEP and a 5Hz update rate. The SIM808 with Leonardo mainboard supports multiple power input options, including USB power, external DC input through VIN, and a 3.7V Li-ion battery. It includes onboard GSM and GPS antennas, along with a connector for an external GPS antenna. Communication with the SIM808 module is handled using standard AT commands.
