IC HT12D Decoder For Remote Control Systems DIP-18

The HT12D is a 12-bit CMOS LSI decoder IC widely used in wireless RF remote control systems. It decodes serial data received from the paired HT12E encoder into 12-bit parallel data, divided into 8 address bits and 4 data bits. This allows secure communication and supports multiple receivers on a shared transmission setup. It is highly reliable due to internal data verification and has very low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-operated devices.
