The ESP32 is a powerful low-power IoT sensor hub and a capable alternative to the Arduino. It features an Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX6 microprocessor running at 240MHz, integrated WiFi and Bluetooth, and can be programmed using the Arduino IDE through an ESP32 add-on.

It also supports SPI / SDIO or I2C / UART interfaces to provide WiFi and Bluetooth functionality to other systems. It comes preloaded with the AT command set, similar to the ESP8266. The chip operates between 2.3V and 3.6V (recommended 3.3V) and requires an output current of 500 mA or more.
