Instructions for Use

  1. Connect wiring as per module specifications.
  2. Ensure supply voltage is within 7V to 36V (≥12V for 10V output).
  3. On power-up, D2 indicator LED should light up; if not, check connections.
  4. The module includes reverse polarity protection for safe operation.
  5. Calibrate output voltage:
    • At 0mA or 4mA input: Adjust ZERO potentiometer to set minimum VOUT (e.g., 0.0V).
    • At 20mA input: Adjust SPAN potentiometer to set maximum VOUT (3.3V, 5V, or 10V).

Range Selection (J1 Jumper Settings)

For 4–20mA Input:

  • 0–2.5V: Short J1 pins 1-2 and 3-4
  • 0–3.3V: Leave J1 pins 1-2 and 3-4 open
  • 0–5V: Short J1 pins 1-2 and 3-4
  • 0–10V: Short J1 pins 1-2; leave 3-4 open

For 0–20mA Input:

  • 0–3.3V: Short J1 pins 1-2 and 3-4
  • 0–5V: Short J1 pins 1-2 and 3-4
  • 0–10V: Short J1 pins 1-2; leave 3-4 open
