Prototype PCB Thermal Transfer A4 Paper (Per Paper)

Thermal transfer printing is a digital printing method used to transfer ink from paper to a copper-clad PCB. This process involves printing the circuit layout using a laser printer and then transferring the ink onto the copper surface through heat application, enabling precise PCB prototyping at home.

Method of Use:

  1. Use a laser printer to print the circuit board wiring diagram onto the smooth side of the thermal transfer paper.
  2. Set the transfer machine to 150–180°C. Place the printed side of the paper onto the copper-clad board and perform the transfer.
  3. If you don’t have a transfer machine, you can use a household electric iron for hand transfer.
  4. After transferring, remove the paper and place the copper-clad board into ferric chloride solution for etching.
  5. Once etching is complete, clean the toner off the board using gasoline.
